WHAT DO YOU 'NOT' DO?
We do not add/use any sugar, sweetener or artificial ingredients in any of our products, at any stage of our production process. We do not even add any water to our products. Everything from start to finish is 100% natural, fresh and full of goodness.
Additionally, we do not conduct any shelf-life longing process to our Juices & Wellness Shots, therefore everything is 100% raw and we can confirm we do not Pasteurise or HPP (High Pressure Process) any of our products.
WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
We offer a regular twice-a-week delivery service, delivering our Juices & Wellness Shots direct to your door, currently operating on Tuesdays & Fridays.
WHICH AREA DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We currently only deliver to certain areas within East London & Essex. By entering your postcode on our checkout, this will inform you if we currently do/do not deliver to your area. If we do not deliver to your, however you would like us to do so, please send us an email to ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ and we will do our best to help you.
HOW LONG DO THE JUICES LAST/HOW LONG IS THE SHELF-LIFE?
The shelf-life of our Juices & Wellness Shots (upon refrigerated) is between 3-5 days. This is a natural shelf-life, without any process conducted to our products to extend its shelf-life.
Our 3-5 day shelf life can be achieved naturally due to our Cold-Pressed extraction method, which retains more nutritional density, with little to no heat or no oxidisation occurring the production process, thus allowing for a natural 3-5 day shelf-life on our products.
Therefore, everything we produce is 100% raw. We can confirm we do not extend the shelf-life of our Juices & Wellness Shots by Pasteurisation or HPP (High Pressure Processing).
ARE YOU ORGANIC CERTIFIED?
All of our ingredients, production process and therefore all our final products are all 'Soil Association Organic' certified.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
All our Juices & Wellness Shots are 100% Vegan with no animal derived products used throughout the production process.
WHY USE GLASS BOTTLES?
Everyone is aware of the impact single-use plastic is causing to our planet.
As a result, we as a business want to do our part in reducing plastic usage, therefore, using glass bottles for our products is the only sustainable answer.
It is a great alternative to single-use plastic usage and for us as a business, it is the overall real winner when comparing the two materials.
As a result, using glass bottles helps you become more environmentally friendly and helps us to try continue operating as a sustainable business.
DO YOU OFFER A RECYCLING SCHEME?
If you are on a subscription with us, upon each new delivery we will also collect the old glass bottles from the previous delivery. Our collected glass bottles are thoroughly washed, cleaned and sterilised, in order to ensure they are ready to be used in the next round of deliveries.
If you are a one-time customers, we encourage you to reuse your glass bottle/s in a creative/sustainable way, or try to ensure they are at least recycled please.
As a result, we hope our 'Recycling Scheme' helps you become more environmentally friendly and helps us to try continue operating as a local and sustainable business.
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS/RETURNS?
Due to the nature of our Juices & Wellness Shots being fresh produce, for health and safety purposes, in most cases we do not to accept refunds and/or returns. However, if there is an issue/fault with our Juices and/or Wellness Shots upon your delivery, please do notify us at the soonest and we will do our upmost best to rectify and resolve the issue with you directly.
DO YOU OPERATE ANY MARKET STALLS?
Yes we do!
We run market stalls in various locations in/around East London & Essex on weekends.
Please follow our Instagram account @EVOLVE_DRINKS, where we advertise which market locations we will be attending each weekend on the Friday before each weekend begins, as locations do vary each weekend
Market locations include: Wanstead High Street, South Woodford (George Lane), Royal Wharf (Docklands), London City Island (Canning Town), Lloyd Park (Walthamstow), Broadway Market (Hackney/London Fields), Wapping Docklands Market (Wapping), Upmarket (Brick Lane/Shoreditch).

WHAT MATERIAL ARE YOUR CUPS MADE FROM AT THE MARKETS?
Our cups, lids and straws are all made front Plants NOT Plastic.
Yes that's correct! They are made from a material called 'PLA' which is made from corn-starch and sugarcane.
These are 100% compostable when disposed within a commercial composting facility.
(If a commercial composting bin is not available, please dispose in standard waste bin, which is better for its decomposition than if placed in a recycling bin).

HOW DO I 'SUBSCRIBE & SAVE' TO EVOLVE?
Subscription customers receive a 10% Discount on all orders.
A 'Subscribe & Save' option is available for each product on our website. Simply choose the product/s you wish to subscribe to, select the 'Subscribe & Save' button, choose the frequency you wish to have your orders delivered to you and finally proceed to the checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email as with any order placed on our website, stating your order confirmation and all your subscription information.
Your subscription deliveries will start on our next delivery day.
CAN I CHANGE/AMMEND/CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AT ANYTIME?
